4. Can I reserve the same pet sitter, or house sitter each time we use your services?

Yes

If you have pets, maintaining the same pet sitter each time will ensure that your pets maintain a consistent routine with their new best friend.

7. Do you charge any additional fees for holidays, or weekends?

8. Do you charge any additional mileage fees?

No

We never charge additional mileage fees in the areas we service. A list of the zip codes we service in Montgomery County and Harris County can be found here.

9. Will my dog be walked with dogs from other owners, or in large groups?

No

We only walk one dog at a time when we walk your dog. We want to concentrate on giving your dog the best walking experience possible! We offer custom dog walking packages with G.P.S. tracking of route time and distance if desired.

Note: The only exception to this would be if the owner has more than one dog in their pet family and they specifically request us to walk all of their family dogs in a single group.

10. Do your pet sitters or house sitters have company logos on their vehicles, or their clothing?

No

Our pet sitters and house sitters do not have company logos on their vehicles, or their clothing. We respect your right to privacy. Full details on our pet sitting services can be found here. Full details on our house sitting services can be found here.

11. What is your policy regarding client house keys?

Check!

We request all of our clients leave a set of two keys with us when we provide pet sitting, or house sitting services. All keys are fitted with numerically encoded tags and are stored in a locked security box when not in use. No names or addresses are shown on any stored keys.

If you prefer us to enter your home using a garage door opener, electronic lock, or via a biometric lock we will still need a set of bypass keys -- just in case the power is out, or the garage door opener or electronic lock malfunctions.

If you prefer us to pick up or drop off your keys outside of the initial consultation, a small service fee of $10.00 may be charged. We are happy to maintain a set of your keys for future services.

We do not mail keys for security reasons. All keys must be returned to you in person. We cannot leave keys in your home on the last care visit - just in case you experience travel delays and your pets require additional care until you can return home.

12. What is your policy for walking dogs in extremely hot or cold weather?

Check!

Extreme Weather: During times of extreme weather (Lightning, Thunder, Hard Rain, Icy conditions etc.), all dog walks will be suspended for the safety of your pet. We will take your dogs out for their potty break and spend more time indoors in play time and giving them extra love and attention.

Extremely Hot, or Icy Weather: During times of extreme heat or cold/ice, walking surfaces may be too hot, or too cold/slippery for your pets safety. Our employee will use an infrared thermometer to determine if the walking surfaces are safe to walk on for your pet, per established Veterinarian guidelines.

Note: If you have paw boots for your dog, we are happy to use them to protect your pets paws during hot/cold weather.
